This summer Nancy in MI and I got together for a day of fun in the sun and pizza.

I was intimidated yet again meeting someone half my size, but as always, my fears diminished as we rolled into conversation. We had a great time getting to know each other, squishing our feet in the sand, and eating pizza. We really felt like we had been friends forever. My kids are on the right.

Back at her lovely beach house, the children explored the rocks, played swords, and rolled down the hills. It was beautiful! God graced us with a perfectly positioned rainbow at the end of our day.
